3. Company Website Policy

3.1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, you agree to these policies. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

3.2 Use of Content
All materials (text, logos, case studies) are owned by Fastway Pro. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited under UAE Federal Law No. 38/2021 on Copyright.

3.3 No Unlawful Use
You shall not use our site to distribute false information, defamatory content, or material violating UAE Cybercrime Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 34/2021).

3.4 Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these policies. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.


4. Delivery of PR Services (Digital & Physical Deliverables)

4.1 Service Delivery Scope

  • PR strategies, press releases, media monitoring, crisis plans, and reputation reports are delivered digitally (PDF/PPT) via email or client portal.
  • Physical items (e.g., printed media kits, event collateral) are delivered within Dubai only.

4.2 Digital Delivery Timeline
Standard PR reports: within 5–7 business days after contract signing and data receipt.
Urgent services (24h turn): additional 30% fee applies.

4.3 Physical Delivery (Dubai)

  • Delivery partner: local courier (e.g., Aramex, Fetchr).
  • Fee: AED 35 within Dubai; free for contracts above AED 3,000.
  • Delivery attempts: 2 attempts only; after that, client collects from our Al Barsha office.

4.4 International Delivery
Not available for physical goods. Digital services only.


5. Return & Refund Policy (UAE Consumer Protection Law No. 15/2020)

5.1 Digital PR Services – No Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 14(3) of UAE Consumer Protection Law, contracts for services fully performed with client consent before withdrawal period ends are non-refundable. Once a PR strategy or press release draft is submitted, no refund is provided.

5.2 Physical Items (e.g., branded merchandise)

  • Return window: 7 days from receipt.
  • Condition: Unused, original packaging, no damage.
  • Return shipping: client’s cost (AED 35).
  • Refund method: same payment method within 14 days after inspection.

5.3 Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized PR materials (e.g., event booths with logos).
  • Media contact lists (as these contain confidential data).

5.4 Dispute Resolution
Any refund claim unresolved within 15 days may be referred to UAE Ministry of Economy Consumer Protection Department.


6. Warranty Conditions

6.1 Warranty on PR Deliverables
Fastway Pro warrants that:

  • All press releases and media advisories are factually accurate based on information provided by client.
  • Media contact lists are updated at time of delivery (valid for 30 days).
  • PR reports are free from material errors.

Warranty Period: 14 days from delivery date.

Remedy: We will correct any non-compliant work at no additional charge within 5 business days. If correction is impossible, a pro-rata refund will be issued.

6.2 Exclusions

  • Client-provided inaccurate information.
  • Rejection by media outlets (we control distribution, not publication decisions).
  • Changes in UAE media regulations after delivery.

6.3 No Implied Warranties
Beyond the above, no other warranties (e.g., guaranteed viral coverage) are offered, as PR results depend on third-party media.


7. Client Business Confidentiality Policy (Compliant with UAE Data Protection Law – PDPL)

7.1 Scope of Confidential Information
Includes but not limited to:

  • Client internal strategies, unreleased product info, crisis situations.
  • Media contact lists, pricing, campaign performance data.
  • Employee/customer personal data obtained during PR execution.

7.2 Legal Basis
This policy complies with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL) and Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Law No. 5/2020 where applicable.

7.3 Our Obligations

  • We will not disclose, sell, or trade client confidential data to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by UAE law (e.g., court order, Ministry of Economy audit).
  • All employees sign a binding NDA with penalties up to AED 1,000,000 under UAE Penal Code (Article 379 for breach of profession-related secrecy).
  • Data is stored on UAE-based encrypted servers (Microsoft Azure UAE North region).

7.4 Client Rights (Under PDPL)

  • Right to access your data held by us.
  • Right to request correction or deletion (subject to legal retention: 3 years for invoices per UAE VAT law).
  • Right to withdraw consent for future marketing communications.

7.5 Data Breach Protocol
In case of a suspected breach, we will notify affected clients within 72 hours and report to UAE Data Office within 5 business days as required by PDPL.

7.6 Non-Waiver
Confidentiality survives termination of our agreement by 5 years.


8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These policies are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (specifically Dubai, UAE). Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by the Dubai Courts, unless a client chooses the UAE Ministry of Economy’s Consumer Dispute Resolution mechanism.


9. Consent & Acknowledgment

By engaging Fastway Pro PR Management (via phone 0503426863, email jaminigruck@gmail.com, or in-person at our Al Barsha office), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the above policies.
